4. Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for IGNISCIA and is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your contact data (last name, first name, email address) collected via our forms is transmitted to Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, a data processor acting on our behalf solely for the purpose of managing our contact list and sending communications by email. Brevo is certified GDPR-compliant. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email received or by contacting us at contact@igniscia.com.

It may be transmitted to technical providers acting as processors (hosting, audience analytics tool), bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations compliant with the GDPR.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our technical providers may transfer data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The Site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), a country benefiting from an adequacy decision of the European Commission — no additional safeguard is required for this transfer.
For statistical purposes and to analyze the Site's performance, we use Google Analytics 4. As part of this use, browsing data may be transmitted to Google LLC (United States). These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
